In commemoration of the 350-anniversary of the basis of of Kharkov (1654) the Kharkov regional federation of radiosports, the Kharkov regional society of radio fans, Kharkov association of radio fans " Society of friends to radio " and radio club "Radiohvylja" have founded the memorable diploma "Kharkov - 350."
In period with 01.01.2004a. on 31.12.2004a. it is necessary to type 350 glasses for links with radio fans of of Kharkov and area. On KV each link is estimated in 5 glasses for servers of Europe and in 10 glasses for servers of other continents. By operation only on a range of 160 m and in days of activity of the Kharkov radio fans (16 - on August, 22) glasses are doubled. Link with the anniversary server is estimated in 25 glasses.
The diploma is produced for radio communications on VHF ranges. Glasses are calculated at the rate of distances between correspondents on 50 and 144 MHzes of 1 km - 1 spot, on 432 MHzes of 1 km - 3 spots, 1296 MGTS 1 km - 9 glasses.
For a radio communication with the anniversary server glasses are multiplied on 5.
Applications are accepted up to 31.12.2005a.
Payment of the diploma - an equivalent 1 USD for servers of Ukraine, 2 USD for servers of the countries CIS and 5 USD for servers of far abroad.
